I formed Athlytics through years of trial and error after rediscovering fitness during one of the darkest times of my life. Following a series of mental health breakdowns, when I was having suicidal thoughts, I turned to training with purpose, discipline, and consistency. What began as survival became transformation. Over the last three years, I’ve learned through mistakes, setbacks, and persistence that living this way changes everything. There isn’t a part of my life that exercise and wellbeing hasn’t improved. Athlytics is my way of sharing that with others. If fitness could pull me back from the edge, it can empower anyone. My mission is to make that opportunity affordable and accessible for everyone — so others can experience the same life-changing benefits I have.
